Description

Burnout is a topic that many people have asked us to cover, and for good reason. Whether it stems from workplace pressure or life outside of work, the warning signs often look the same, but they can still catch us off guard.

Join us for an honest conversation with senior tech leaders as they share professional expertise, personal stories and actionable insights on navigating burnout.

We'll have short talks, a panel discussion, and open Q&A that covers:

  • Recognising the signals: How to spot early warning signs in yourself and your team before reaching breaking point.

  • Understanding the pressure: Why workload and stress become unsustainable and what's actually driving it.

  • Practical relief: Useful, everyday strategies to protect your wellbeing and restore work satisfaction.

Our incredible panellists:

Megan Jenkins - Organisation Psychologist and Change Manager

Annie Vella - Distinguished Engineer at Westpac

Alaina Luxmoore- Director of Marketing at RUSH

Christine Jensen (Icehouse Ventures)

After the talks there's time for casual chats over drinks and pizza. No pressure - just real connection, good people and great conversation.
