Burradoo Open House

Join us for a tour in Burradoo to see a Passivhaus home under construction.
(Address will be provided before the event.)

Architect Andy Marlow of Envirotecture and Builders Jarrod Olsen & Co will host the tour.

This home is seeking certification at Passive House Plus level.

The property consists of two dwellings with an interconnecting walkway. The home nestles within a delightful selection of mature trees which have been carefully avoided so as to retain the Highlands feel of the property.

There will be a blower door test demonstration on the smaller building. The ductwork for the MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) system is installed and air control layers in place.

This is the moment to see the technical elements that make a passivhaus a passivhaus!
