Gippsland Pride Initiative are proud to support a Gippsland Pride Bus for Midsumma Carnival (Melbourne) on Sunday 21st January 2024.

We are SO happy to be able to offer a modern, air conditioned coach from Bairnsdale, through to Sale, Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Trafalgar, Warragul, Drouin and Officer.

Tickets are $10 return, but we welcome you to contact us at admin@gippslandpride.com if you need your bus pass cost covered, no questions asked.

Our Bus will be departing from Bairnsdale Train Station at 5.05 AM and stopping at all main train stations along the highway.

Our privately hired buses (not for general transport use) are stopping at:

Bairnsdale, Sale, Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Trafalgar, Warragul, Drouin and BP Officer (toilet stop), driving directly to Alexandra Gardens in Melbourne for the Midsumma Carnival, with an estimated arrival time of 10.30 AM so you can enjoy the Carnival from the very beginning.

Please note

There are other festivities outside of these times, but we have scheduled this return bus to either side of the stall holder carnival start and finish.

It is Attendee responsibility to be at the designated pick up points by the departure time and You will need to make alternate arrangements if are not at the pick up point at departure time, as we will need to leave promptly as scheduled and will leave without you if you are not present at the specified time. We ask you to arrive at your pick up point 15 mins prior.

Children must be accompanied at all times and are the responsibility of their guardian.

Poor behaviour on this service will not be tolerated and alcohol is not permitted on the bus. Poor behaviour or consumption of alcohol may result in your transportation discontinuing without refund or further service.
