Bush Contact Dojo – Beginners Class & Jam

This will be followed by the regular7:00–9:00 PM jam
Join us for the first Bush Contact Dojo Beginners Class—a guided introduction to the art of contact improvisation.
This class is all about listening through the body, exploring your kinesphere, and learning how to enter and exit a dance with ease. We’ll cultivate comfort in movement, navigating a space that invites openness and connection.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and curiosity.
After class, the regular Bush Contact Jam (7-9 PM) will be open for free exploration and movement.
