Bushcare and Beer
Description
Join us on the third Sunday of every month from 2–4 pm at the Oxley Creek Common as we work together to help restore the beautiful riparian corridor along Oxley Creek.
After bush care, we’ll head to Hiker Brewing Co (81 Pentex St, Salisbury) where volunteers can enjoy a free beer or non-alcoholic drink as a thank you for getting their hands dirty for a good cause.
Whether you’re keen to give volunteering a go, meet like-minded locals, spend time outdoors or simply enjoy a well-earned drink afterwards, these sessions are a fun and rewarding way to make a real difference in the community.
Please remember:
To wear enclosed shoes and sun-safe clothing (e.g. long pants, long-sleeve shirt)
To bring a water bottle, hat and gloves (if you have them)
