Over the pre-season we will work together to achieve the following:
- Improve Fitness
- Increase knowledge of the game
- Improve Skillset
- Each player to grow and evolve
- Strengthen friendships and club culture

DETAILS
Day: Every Wednesday for 6 weeks commencing from 12.01.2022 (Please note we will not train on Wednesday 26th Australia Day)
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Venue: Kellyville Bushrangers (PLEASE NOTE - Top Oval enter via Stone Mason)
ITEMS EACH PLAYER IS REQUIRED TO BRING
- Footy boots
- Appropriate clothing
- Plenty of Water – Each player to have at least 2 – 3 litres of water
- Hat
- Towel
- Positive attitude
