Event description

Join our Bush School and let your child connect to Australia’s unique nature.

Bush School is a nature play program that combines storytelling, a nature based activities, and nature games.

This week at Bush School Online we're going to try and find out what it's like to be an animal in your local area.

For most animals, the way they find out about the space around them- where food is, where their friends are, where dangerous predators might be - is through their sense of smell. Using their sense of smell, they can find out where something is or has been without ever seeing the animal.

Listen to the story of Wanda the Wallaby and find out what it’s like to be an animal in your local area. Engage your sense of smell and experience the world like one of our furry friends.  Follow Wanda the Wallaby with our 'collecting smells' activity and 'test your nose' guessing games!

You can then use these skills to test the noses of your family!

Our video and activity pack will ensure that you will not forget your newly-learned skills!

This is a 30minutes live online workshop delivered via zoom. You will receive  the zoom link two days before the program starts.

Please only book one ticket per computer access!

This program is run as a zoom meeting with limited capacity

Please contact us on education@centennialparklands.com.au to book in classes or groups!
