Business Communication in English (BCE) Program (Asia-Pacific and North America)
Description
Course description
English is the language of global business, but communicating confidently and professionally at work requires much more than good grammar.
The Business Communication in English (BCE) Program is a practical, six-week online professional development program designed for professionals who want to strengthen the way they communicate in English in real workplace situations. Whether you're writing emails, participating in meetings, delivering presentations, working with clients, or collaborating across cultures, this program will help you communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Unlike traditional English language courses, the BCE Program focuses on the communication skills professionals need every day. Through interactive live sessions, practical activities, feedback, and real-world scenarios, you'll develop skills you can apply immediately in your workplace.
Over six weekly two-hour sessions (12 hours in total), you'll learn how to:
Write clear, professional business emails and workplace documents
Speak with greater confidence in meetings and presentations
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues
Build your cross-cultural communication skills
Strengthen your professional presence and workplace confidence
This program is ideal for professionals, entrepreneurs, customer-facing teams, international students, remote workers, and anyone looking to build stronger business communication skills in English for today's global workplace.
Upon completing the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion from the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence and TND Communications. The program may also be counted towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD), subject to your professional association's requirements.
