For a long time I have loved the art of business and entrepreneurship, I am fascinated by workplace systems, culture and operations.

After starting my own business as a teenager fresh out of school, I have learnt a mountain of knowledge about business and people. I feel a sense of comfort knowing I will never grow starved or bored as there is always so much to learn.

People in business can affirm that no two days are the same, you wear many hats and have worn all of them at some stage or another. Business life can become messy and it is important for us to be kind to ourselves as leaders and creators while we navigate our ship through the challenges and the wins.

The most important fundamental to have in business for me is a clearly defined purpose.

Why are you here? What made you do this? What is fueling the fire in your business belly?

Once you have defined your purpose, the daily decision making process becomes less complicated.

I have had the privilege of creating platforms that inspire, educate and bring together communities.

I often think about my business and how many people it has reached, it is something that would not exist unless I had created it, and that is a pretty amazing feeling!

My business is here to serve me, my family and the lifestyle I wish to lead, and I serve it in return. Every day I hustle, I get up and serve my creations, I am not just a dreamer I am a dream maker.

I get to be a part of interesting, magical and difficult moments, which I would not want any other way, this is living for me and it feeds my soul.

The Fearless Leader was created as an advisory platform to support and inspire business owners in finding confidence and clarity within themselves at whatever stage they may be in their business journey.

I hope to meet many new magnificent minds and personalities as I share my love for business by helping others.

Through coaching, business owners and professionals will identify and implement strategies and systems to help gain the clarity and structure needed to get the outcome of feeling focused and in control again.
