Event description
The Social Enterprise Council of NSW and ACT (SECNA) invites you to join SECNA champion, Kate Dezarnaulds and, CEO, Kylie Flament, for the inaugural Picton Business for Good Lunch.
SECNA fosters engagement and connection with the social enterprise sector in NSW and ACT. Business for Good events give local social enterprises and their supporters a chance to meet, find new opportunities, ask for help, share ideas and build momentum for doing business with purpose.
Location: The event will be hosted at Worklife Picton - a space for purposeful businesses, social enterprises, NFP’s, freelancers, creatives and curious locals to connect, collaborate and grow—together. 26 Menangle Street, Picton
Please note: This event will be catered, there will be an option in the checkout to select any dietary requirements.

Open to anyone, it will be of particular interest to:
- Social entrepreneurs (and people wanting to create a social enterprise)
- People working in social enterprise (or wanting to)
- Local, state and federal government staff
- Local councillors and Members of Parliament
- University and TAFE staff
- People wanting to learn more about or support social enterprise

What to expect:
- Welcome and social enterprise sector updates from SECNA
- Community asks and offers - each guest is given an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves/their organisation and then share one ask and/or offer of the community e.g. ‘we’re looking for warehouse space for refurbished items’ / ‘we’re experts in circular design and are happy to answer questions’ / ‘we're wanting to find a social enterprise to run our events’
