Event description

The Business for Good Sector Development Program is for social enterprises, First Nations owned businesses, B Corps and small businesses who are interested in intentionally embedding social and environmental impact into their businesses.

Our Business for Good workshop series will cover a range of small business fundamentals topics with an impact lens to help SA small businesses build key knowledge and capabilities to drive social and environmental impact through sustainable business development and growth.

Workshop 4: Marketing for Impact

It's one thing to get a follower, a like, or even a re-share, but how can you maintain momentum? How can you build an engaged digital community that trusts your product or service?

This workshop will look at how successful social enterprises and for-profit companies utilise the engagement funnel to maintain interest in their brand. Attendees will workshop engagement funnels with their peers and leave with a template of their own to use as a launchpad for their next communications strategy.

This workshop is great for entry-level communications professionals or those who find themselves slipping into ad hoc posting and need a good kick up the bum.

Spoiler alert: building and maintaining an engaged community requires TIME. You will need it!

This workshop will be led by Ruby Bisson, Founder & Director of Weekday. Kym Pedler from First Innovators will also be joining the session to provide a much needed Aboriginal business lens.

Places are limited and registrations are essential so get in quick to avoid disappointment. This workshop will be delivered fully on Zoom.
