In this interactive session, you’ll explore Business Model Design for Good, gaining practical tools to structure your enterprise for both financial sustainability and positive social impact. We’ll break down the key elements of a social enterprise business model, including:

Identifying the social problem you aim to address
Developing products or services that create real impact
Finding a paying customer base to sustain your mission
Exploring innovative revenue models that balance profit and purpose

With guidance from the team at Collab4Good and support from peers, you’ll have the opportunity to work on your own Social Enterprise Business Model Canvas, refining or redesigning your approach in real time.
