Inspire Change Business Health Accelerator

We are really excited to offer our Business Health Accelerator program, where you take the reins to improve not only your own health and wellbeing but also that of your staff. We help you understand the common challenges faced by staff and discuss various solutions to help overcome those challenges.

Some of the topics covered in the 7-week program include:

• Needs assessments,

• Nutrition for energy and focus,

• Physical health foundations,

• Team culture,

• Mindset and Communication, and

• preparation of a 3-month Implementation Plan.

The program starts Thur. 30th October at 1pm and continues for seven consecutive weeks every Thursday at 1pm. until 11th Dec. While we urge you to attend all sessions, they will be recorded for those unable to attend.
