The government has recently launched the updated Endeavour Fund Investment Plan 2025-2027, a $55 million per annum fund that is the Government’s largest contestable fund investing in science and research. Min. Collins has stated that it is crucial investment aligns with the Government’s priority of rebuilding the economy and that commercialisation is essential to realising the social and economic potential of the science, innovation and technology system. The focus is on a system that supports growth, and a science sector that drives high-tech, high-productivity, high-value businesses, and jobs.
