Event description

Sometimes, what we need most in business is a safe space - a place to be heard, supported, and gently guided forward. That’s exactly what you’ll find in a 1:1 session with me!

Together, we'll create a calm, caring space where you can share openly, reflect deeply, and reconnect with your why. I’ll walk beside you with encouragement, practical support, and heartfelt guidance, helping you navigate whatever season you’re in - whether it’s a time of new beginnings, tough decisions, quiet rebuilding or perhaps you just need someone to talk to.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s nurture you and your business, at your pace, in your way.

Location: 141a Tapleys Hill Rd, Seaton
Session Times: Various times available, 50 minute sessions.
What to bring: Notepad, Pen, laptop and any materials needed to be discussed (eg. financials).

You will be sent a pre-session questionnaire to maximise the time we have together.

If none of these times suit, please email carly@sawoman.com.au and we can organise another timeslot. Online is available, although in person is preferred.

Refunds: Please note refunds are only available up to 14 days before your session. Your session can be rescheduled if cancellation is closer than 14 days. This Refund policy is to ensure time to try and refill that position. Thankyou for understanding.

About Carly Thompson-Barry:

Carly Thompson-Barry is a passionate advocate for South Australian women, a natural connector, and a champion for community and economic growth. With a deep commitment to building communities, creating opportunities, and fostering belonging, she has spent more than a decade ensuring women across South Australia are supported, celebrated and connected.

As a long-time business owner, Carly has developed a diverse skillset spanning business development and strategy, community engagement, marketing, sponsorship, event management, and leadership. Her lived experience in small business gives her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and fuels her advocacy for their vital role in South Australia’s economy. Carly’s ability to bring people together, drive collaboration, and create pathways for growth has been a hallmark of her career.

Beyond her businesses, her involvement in economic development, marketing and communications and being part of her local soccer club committee has allowed her to further extend and diversify her skillset. She is passionate about building spaces where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to succeed. And believes strongly in the powerful link between thriving local economies and strong community organisations, particularly in the sporting space.

At the heart of it all is her unwavering belief:
“We can’t be what we can’t see.”
By making women’s achievements visible, she hopes to inspire future generations to own their space, rise, and soar—no matter their path.
