EOI: Business Video Mentoring Program
Description
The Business Video Mentoring Program is a structured, hands-on program designed to help tourism businesses build confidence and capability in creating effective video content, delivered by Wes Alan from Tap Edit Go. It provides personalised one-on-one mentoring, practical training, and ongoing support, ensuring businesses develop long-term video habits that support marketing, storytelling, and customer engagement. The program is open to businesses at varying levels of expertise, and focuses on real-world application, with participants actively creating and publishing content throughout the journey.
This program is valued at $2,500 per business and fully subsidised by Tourism Midwest Victoria.
How the program works:
The program is delivered in five staged steps, designed to gradually build skills while ensuring commitment and results:
Apply & get selected: Submit a short application and a simple self-recorded video to demonstrate commitment
Discovery session: One-on-one online call to assess your goals, skill level, and create your first content task
Training & planning: Receive a personalised content strategy and join group training to start filming and posting
On-site mentoring: A half-day, in-person session at your business to film, edit, and create real content together
Ongoing support: Continued coaching, check-ins, and group sessions to ensure continued improvement
This staged approach will be delivered from July to December 2026.
What participating businesses gain:
The program is designed to deliver practical outcomes you can use immediately:
A clear, tailored video content strategy aligned to your business goals
Hands-on filming and editing skills using your own device
At least one ready-to-publish video created during the on-site visit
A 90-day action plan with content ideas and posting guidance
