Malisa Masci started her career in the hairdressing industry over 23 years ago. As

Creative Director of Masci Hair and Spa’s three salons, Malisa is a pioneer in her

field, and is regularly called upon to lead industry discussion forums.

Dedicated to supporting her team to relentlessly pursue their passion for hair,

and encourages them to push themselves to see what they are really capable of.

She doesn’t take life too seriously, and appreciates the importance of being a free

spirit and having a good balance in life.
