Business Women Australia Online C-Suite Brains Trust: Strategic Challenges, Collective Wisdom
Description
Business Women Australia Online C-Suite Brains Trust: Strategic Challenges, Collective Wisdom
What challenge or opportunity have you been wrestling with? Imagine what might become possible with the collective wisdom of experienced leaders at your virtual boardroom table?
Join Rebecca Lythgo and Lyn Hawkins for a confidential, highly participative peer-group experience designed for CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers.
This is not a webinar or presentation. Guided by BWA’s Conscious Communication principles, the C-Suite Brains Trust creates a trusted space where every participant contributes and benefits from the collective experience in the room.
Bring a genuine strategic challenge, emerging opportunity, or complex organisational question to explore with women who carry similar responsibilities across diverse sectors and backgrounds. Through thoughtful inquiry, shared experience and fresh perspectives, you will test your thinking, uncover what may sit beneath the presenting issue, and identify practical ways forward.
Together, we will:
Explore the deeper issues influencing a challenge or opportunity
Draw on the collective wisdom and experience of the group
Test assumptions without judgment, hierarchy, or the pressure to have every answer
Consider the alignment of strategy, people, systems, and performance
Gain greater clarity about possible next steps
This experience reflects BWA’s commitment to developing conscious women leaders who lead with awareness, wisdom, and courage. Come prepared to contribute openly, listen deeply, and leave with renewed clarity, valuable connections, and a broader perspective.
Who is this for?
This experience is designed for CEOs, C-suite executives, senior leaders, board directors, and established business owners navigating complex strategic, commercial, or organisational challenges. It will be particularly valuable for leaders responsible for driving performance, balancing competing priorities, and aligning people, systems, and strategy.
Your voice will also help shape the future direction of BWA’s emerging C-Suite Community of Practice.
Places are intentionally limited to create a trusted, candid, and highly participative conversation.
About Rebecca Lythgo
Rebecca Lythgo is an enterprise performance executive who helps organisations perform better by identifying the constraints that others often overlook. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across Australia and Asia, she partners with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to diagnose the underlying issues preventing strategy from translating into sustainable commercial results.
Rather than treating visible symptoms, Rebecca uncovers the organisational, commercial, and operating model constraints that limit performance. She then works alongside leadership teams to realign strategy, decision-making, governance, and execution, enabling organisations to perform as an integrated enterprise and achieve sustainable growth.
Her career spans financial services, private capital, and advisory, leading complex transformations across strategy, operations, technology, and commercial performance. Known for diagnosing before prescribing, Rebecca combines strategic thinking with executive accountability to deliver measurable commercial outcomes and build lasting organisational capability.
Rebecca also advises not-for-profit organisations and supports female founders, applying the same enterprise performance principles to help purpose-led organisations strengthen governance, build capability, and create greater long-term impact. Through her writing and speaking, she challenges conventional thinking about organisational performance, helping leaders understand why businesses stall and what it takes to reconnect ambition with execution.
