MTV Buti Yoga Costume Party + Gong bath

Who doesn't love dressing up, moving to nostalgic music & getting an awesome workout at the same time? 

Join us for an epic MTV themed costume Buti Yoga! Kaley in the Wild has been killing it in the world of yoga for many years. If you have attended any of her classes at the local studio, Wildwood Yoga, in Granite falls then you know how incredible she is. She can keep it light and fun or take you deep into your heart space. Either way, you're in for a good time of nourishing you.

This is all about fun, dress up, laughter, connection and maybe some sweat too! We are collecting prizes to give away for a costume contest so don't wait. Space is limited!
 

*** Just added to the event, a glorious Gong Bath with Sonic Sorceress, Sara Corbishly! As well as some incredible lights creating an epic experience inside the yurt.

Schedule:

Arrive by 8pm- oogle at everyone's costumes, giggle, connect, point, laugh

8:15pm- everyone say hi and display their costume

8:30pm- Buti yoga with the best... Kaley in the Wild

9:30pm- die... lol jk but rest and soak up the good chemicals rolling through the body from playing! All while listening to the cosmic sounds of a gong bath with Sonic Sorceress, Sara Corbishly.

Hang out and mingle for a bit... weather dependent, we may have a large bonfire to enjoy!

10pm(ish) everyone head home, happy and maybe with a gift certificate or prize from winning the costume contest!

What is Buti Yoga? 

Buti yoga is a high-intensity, cardio-focused yoga practice that combines traditional yoga with tribal dance, plyometrics, and conditioning.

Who is Buti Yoga for?

Everyone. No previous experience needed.

Is this good for kids?

We'd say mature audience is best. No one under 18 unattended by a guardian.

Can I bring my dog?

No.
