Butter Sessions: Sleep D & Albrecht La'Brooy (live), Kate Miller, Turner Street Sound, Bridget Small & Tess Monaghan

Last BSR club show for the year and we’ve got a whopper lined up!


After 5+ years apart exploring their individual live shows, Sleep D and Albrecht La’Brooy reunite for a three-hour (+?) improvised live set. The quartet toured extensively in 2017, performing in Japan, New Zealand, and Australia to promote their collaborative EPs, From 50 (released on Butter Sessions) and After the Rain (released on Analogue Attic). Ambient soundscapes, deep and dubby house, psychedelic techno, and jazz are all on the cards. 

Following on, expert selector of all things wild and wonderful Kate Miller will close out the club room with a 3-hour set. We’re expecting a proper trip!

It’s been a minute but we’re delighted to welcome back Turner Street Sound for a lengthy set on Miscellania’s freshly minted rooftop space. The duo of Rings Around Saturn & Midnight Tenderness specialises in all things bass and bliss. We’ve been itching to invite them back since their iconic DJ set on the Evelyn rooftop years back. Last but not least, a couple of our favourite DJs Bridget Small & Tess Monaghan will join us on the rooftop for what’s sure to be an eclectic and entrancing spread of sound.
