NAWIC is a nationwide community of women championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across Aotearoa New Zealand’s construction sector. We connect, educate, and advocate so women can thrive — from apprentices to executives.

Guided by our values of Include, Respect, Inspire, we’re building a better construction sector where every woman feels she belongs.

From site visits and social events to webinars and awards, discover opportunities through our local branch to learn, connect, and grow. We’d love you to join us at our next event.

Find out more about NAWIC as we celebrate 30 years of building futures across the construction sector.

Behind every milestone are sponsors who believe in the power of women in construction and we thank them.
