Have you heard the Buzz? We're taking on City2Surf to raise vital funds for the Melanoma Institute Australia - with this we are hosting a charity evening to help with our fundraising goals.

City2surf Team

Who are we? Our City2Surf Team is led by Claire Bennett (nee Lockwood) Claire and her family operate a local honey business and retail outlet, The Beekeepers Inn. Our team consists of members of the Lockwood / Bennett family, family friends and employees all wanting to do their bit for the cause. We have 28 teammates in total who will run, walk, dance & jog their way to the finish line.

Why are we doing this?

Sadly we lost the big fella, our dad in 2017 to Melanoma Cancer.

In the last decade survival rates for advanced melanoma have significantly increased from 10% to 50%

The research is working! However rates of diagnosis are still on the rise.

Help Melanoma Institute Australia reach its goal of Zero Deaths this decade! Every dollar counts!
