Do you struggle with not feeling "queer enough"? Does comphet (aka compulsory heterosexuality) have you in its clutches? Join this workshop to explore how to feel confident in your identity (bi, queer, lesbian, non-binary, trans and beyond!) and untangle the ways that comphet plays out in your life.

In this virtual workshop you'll:

• Start building the unshakable internal belief that you belong, no matter your relationship status, partner, or queer experience
• Let go of the idea that you need to meet a mythical "gay criteria" in order to be queer enough
• Learn about the role that comphet, queer time, and internalized queerphobia play in your queer journey

Whether you’re questioning your path, feeling stuck, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this workshop offers a supportive space to navigate the challenges and find your inner strength.
