Join Courtney for Yoga at the Byfield Homestead! 
All ages and abilities welcome! 
Bring along your yoga matt and water bottle. 

This event is part of Livingstone Shire Council's 2024 - "Mental Health Matters", celebrating Queensland Mental Health Week. 
Queensland Mental Health Week is an annual awareness week that aims to shine a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing.

Through local community events, we hope that conversations about mental health and wellbeing will be ignited in our community. 

Take time out to for yourself, community, others and our natural surrounds. 

Time: 8am - 9am
