None of us really thinks, leads or makes sense of the world alone.

Our 2026 Learning Carnival, once again but once only, brings together leaders, artists, thinkers and unlikely fellow travellers to immerse in ideas worth exploring,  non-artificial intelligent conversation, and, as usual, a few surprises.

This year, a world-renowned provocateur and social architect  joins a globally acclaimed writer, musician and polymath, alongside business leaders and young voices to create and make sense of today and our shared future.  There will be space and time to think and moments to connect with others.

Then, the next morning, we’ll walk together. Rain, hail or shine, we’ll ask: what has stuck? What do we see differently? And what will we actually do when we re-enter our places of work and contribution?

We can host 120 people in our venue this year. Every one of you is welcome and we suggest you secure your place now.  We also encourage you to also think of a younger leader in your midst that you would like to support and invite.  This year, we’re asking for a contribution towards the cost of bringing the Carnival to life.​​​​​​​ We offer a reduced rate for any plus one emerging leaders.
