Byron Bay Beach Breathwork and Icebath community 10th February

Come unwind from the week and set some intentions for the Weekend ahead, get out of the mind and into the body with a guided breathflow/meditation, some activation breathwork and ice bath at Wategoes beach.

Bring your body, a warm jumper, towel, swimmers, water and an open heart.

Ice bath is provided.

The tickets will be $15 including the booking fee. 

The Location is Wategoes just down the middle staircase.
