An intimate group event, this container will hold space for you gently, yet impactfully navigate your subconscious mind, through proven somatic healing techniques.

The 2hr class will consist of:

A guided Breathwork flow for you to follow. It is activating in nature and requires your participation, to create energetic momentum within the framework of the body.
Followed by a Spinal Energetics group session, which you will receive directly after the Breathwork. This is an impactful and exploratory part of the session that allows you to delve deeper into your subconscious. It allows you to lie down and just feel. Focus on sensation, processing, and quietening the mind.

Spinal Energetics is a holistic modality that understands the multifaceted nature of a human's wellbeing . We work with the spine, regulating the nervous system, and accessing the energetic field to draw upon your innate intelligence system.

Breathwork is a transformative somatic tool that can be drawn upon in a variety of ways to regulate, decompress, de-stress, process trauma, and bring deeper mind-body awareness to an individual.

Using the power of your own breath, our guided technique will help you detach from the distractions of the mind, giving you stronger inward perception to listen to the truth that resides within your own body.

Jess brings the art of holding space. She's passionate about creating safe, empowering containers for community transformation. Jess has hosted various group events, private sessions and community collaborations.
