Travel instructions

The venue offers limited parking facilities. Where possible we recommend using taxis, Uber or public transport. A drop-off point is available in the main car park off Monaro Crescent. Please review the MAP (https://snowconcerthall.com/location/) for parking details. We advise arriving early to allow sufficient time for parking and finding your seat.

Arrival and Access

If you have accessibility issues that make it difficult to navigate long distances, we recommend utilising the designated pick-up and drop-off area near the venue via Entrance Gate A. Only for drop-off and pick-up, no parking. Please review the map for parking details. (https://snowconcerthall.com/location/)

Accessible Seating

The accessible seats within the hall can be reached without having to walk down the stairs of the auditorium.

Wheelchair Seating

Any seats purchased for wheelchair access will be completely removed beforehand allowing a wheelchair to take its place.

Lift Access

There is a lift at the entry level of the Snow Concert Hall. Seating in Row ZZ is accessed via the lift to the Lower-Ground Level. For seating in Row A, please make contact with an usher who will happily escort you to your seat.

Companion Cards

Companion cards are accepted, but do require a ticket. Please book your paid ticket/s then email us at ticketing@cimf.org.au with your booking and companion card details to obtain your companion ticket.
