We've been running an experiment. CA ANZ asked us to. What happens when you bring tax accountants and emerging tech startups together?

The results? Collaborative disruption, solutions, and a little bit of magic.

The CA ANZ x Stone & Chalk Innovation Showcase event marks the culmination of a collaborative innovation challenge designed to tackle real challenges in tax and finance through startup-led innovation. 

The event will feature the shortlisted startups and their early-stage solutions they have developed through a structured EOI and mentoring process.

What to expect:

• Ruth Owen, Australia’s new Tax Ombudsman, will open with a state of the sector

• Four startup showcases, each addressing challenges from the CA ANZ innovation program

• Live Q&A with a cross-sector panel including Chris Kirk, CEO, S&C; Erin Adams, Manager- Industry Engagement, Accounting & Tax Advisory (AU); Jeremy Rowe, General Manager - Innovation, CA ANZ; Ruth Owen, Tax Ombudsman and Rebecca Mihalic, Director, Business Depot

• Drinks and networking with founders, investors, and industry leaders

• Plus: livestream access for CA ANZ members who can’t join in person

It’s a chance to connect with industry, investors and CA ANZ members - and see what real collaboration and innovative disruption looks like in practice.
