CA3 Expo

Creative employment is growing at a rate more than 50% higher than the rest of the workforce and this has implications for education and training at school and tertiary level (The Creative Economy in Australia – What Census 2021 Tells Us. 2023, November 28).

Creative Arts Association Australia (CA3) are aware of this and as Creative Arts is a composite of the 5 Arts subjects. We encourage you to come and explore pathways, programs and practices of the following peak creative organisations: Flinders University, Slingsby Theatre, Festival City Adelaide, Rising Sun Pictures, Adelaide University, Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE), Northern Sound System, Samstag Museum, Free Agents Youth Theatre, State Theatre Company, Channel 44, Helpmann Academy and freelance artists who want to share their creative journey.  

This is an invaluable opportunity to explore creative options in this Festival State and see your place in this hive whether you are an educator who wants to take creative ideas into the learning space or network with practitioners. You may be a student wanting to ask questions and see creativity in practice. You may also be a supportive family member - This Expo has something for everyone! Visit booths and listen to presentations but overall, be curious, seek answers and feel empowered about the creative choices you are making!
