Travel instructions

Vehicle access is the only way to get to Kiwanis Lodge. If you need to carpool please make sure to join the ShadowHaven Discord (https://discord.gg/uQ4YhZKXw6) to arrange transport with other players.

Entry instructions

Parking is the first left (up the slope) after you pass the Kiwanis entrance. Please make sure if you are dropping items off you leave them at your assigned bunk and immediately park your car. Please keep in mind other people's ability/need to get in and out when parking. Overflow is on the side of the road.

After entry instructions

After setting up your bunk, if staying overnight (bunk sign up will be available in advance on the ShadowHaven Discord - https://discord.gg/uQ4YhZKXw6) please muster at the Cafeteria. All Players and Crew must be in the Cafeteria no later than 6pm. Please note, no Players bunks will be available in the Kiwanis lodge.

Hazards

Campground hazards such as large and small gravel, mud can be expected. Additionally, difficulty entering or exiting the Lodge itself or accessing toilets in the Lodge itself may be experienced due to it's age.

Toilet location

Main toilets are to the back right of the Cafeteria. We all prefer players use these toilets during game play.

Accessible parking

Unfortunately, there is no marked accessible parking at Kiwanis Lodge. If you need accessible parking, please reach out to shadowhavenlarp@gmail.com so we can do our best to make that happen.
