Dive headfirst into the weird, wonderful and wildly entertaining world of CLAMBAKE, FunHaus Factory's annual waterfront cabaret spectacular as part of The Lakes Festival.

Returning for another year of high-tide hilarity, CLAMBAKE is a celebration of our waterways, oceans, lakes and the curious creatures that lurk beneath the surface. Expect an unforgettable evening where Cabaret, Drag, Burlesque, Circus, Music, Sideshow and Performance Art collide in a tidal wave of creativity.

Hosted by the incomparable hostess with the moistest, Glitta Supernova, this one-night-only variety spectacular invites audiences to leave dry land behind and plunge headfirst into a sea of glitter, absurdity and aquatic-inspired chaos.

CLAMBAKE brings together an all-star cast of cabaret, circus, burlesque and drag artists for an unforgettable evening of entertainment.

Featuring:

Christa Hughes - The legendary Australian cabaret powerhouse known for her commanding contralto voice, anarchic humour and wildly unpredictable stage presence.

Captain Finhead - World-class circus and sideshow artist performing extraordinary feats of balance, danger and spectacle.

Ember Flame - Australia's Burlesque Poet, blending sensuality, storytelling, comedy, poetry and dance into a uniquely captivating performance.

Foxxe Faux - Newcastle's pocket-sized pop princess serving high-energy drag, glamour and larger-than-life personality.

Dylan DeLuxe - A dynamic performer combining dance, cabaret and theatrical showmanship into a dazzling spectacle.

A long-running Lakes Festival favourite, CLAMBAKE has become renowned for serving up a fresh catch of unconventional talent, outrageous spectacle and just the right amount of cheeky nautical nonsense. Equal parts satire, artistry and celebration, it's a love letter to the waterways that shape our region and the creative currents that connect our communities.

Dress Code: With prizes for Best Dressed: Make a splash and dive headfirst into the depths of your imagination. Think shimmering sea sirens, handsome salty sailors, pervy pirates fresh from shore leave, dazzling mermaids, glamorous cruise ship royalty, deep-sea divas, jellyfish couture, sequined sea creatures, sparkling scales and ocean-inspired fabulousness. Whether you're washed ashore in beachside glamour or emerging from the depths in full aquatic fantasy, the bolder, stranger and more spectacular the better. Shells, sequins, anchors, captain's hats, fishnets and maritime mischief are all highly encouraged.
