Cacao & Connection

Hey beautiful soul, 

Come join us for a nourishing evening of cacao and connection with like-minded women.

We’ll begin with a gentle meditation to arrive and ground ourselves, followed by ceremonial cacao to drop into our heart space and connect, with ourselves and others. 

Unlike more structured circles, I want this gathering to be more organic, open, and real. I will offer some reflective questions to guide our sharing, and we’ll move around the circle giving space for everyone to be seen, heard, and supported. We’ll hold space for whatever wants to come through and you are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. 

I will provide the space, cosy vibes and cacao. You just need to bring your beautiful self, an open heart and a journal (just in case). Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
