This mini retreat brings you Cacao & Cosmos, an evening immersion into 9DMT — a revolutionary 9D breathwork journey merging ancient shamanic wisdom with multidimensional sound design. The result: a sober, full-spectrum psychedelic experience powered entirely by your breath.

We’ll open in ceremony with cacao beneath the grandmother tree, before moving inside for a psycho-spiritual activation and full-body rite of passage. Unlike typical breathwork sessions, 9DMT is designed to guide you through profound layers of release, healing, and expansion.

These elements are combined with the DMT breath technique, a powerful pattern that activates the pineal gland and opens portals of perception many compare to chemically induced DMT journeys.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

*You must be 18+ to participate in this event. 

• Please arrive 15-min early to check-in and get comfortable in the space.

• Eat light lunch prior to the event.

• Wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing.

To ensure an optimal experience, the session is strictly limited to 10 participants. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Beginners to breathwork are very welcome to attend. 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONTRAINDICATIONS:

It's crucial to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Whilst a very safe practice, 9D Breathwork isn't advisable for all individuals—especially if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have a history of cardiovascular issues, seizure disorders, high/very low blood pressure, severe depression or anxiety and taking SSRI medicines, or any medical condition potentially influenced by intense breathing exercises. If so, we recommend consulting with your doctor before participating at this event.
