Facilitated by Abbie, this dance is a celebration of movement and expression, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and invite in the light. Let the music guide you as you flow freely in a supportive and liberating environment.

Come together in a sacred space to share your thoughts, intentions, and experiences, fostering connection and support among like-minded souls.

This gathering is a sanctuary—a space to honor your inner cycles, surrender to the quiet wisdom of winter, and plant the seeds for your personal rebirth.

Location: The Yurt, 117 Thompson Ave, Cowes.

This unique location is like no other in Phillip Island. A yurt is a traditional circular tent structure originally used by nomadic cultures in Central Asia, known for its cozy and communal atmosphere. The yurt in Cowes provides a unique and inviting space for gatherings, combining natural materials with modern comforts, allowing participants to connect deeply with nature and each other in a serene and intimate setting.
