Cacao & Drumming - A Ceremony for Softening

Take a beautiful, heart-led inner journey with the ancient medicine of Ceremonial Cacao. A space where you will feel safe and held in a sacred circle of women who are also on a path of living in alignment with their soul - a life of deeper meaning, purpose and one that lights you up. 

After being greeted with a sacred smoke cleansing and learning about the beautiful properties of Ceremonial Cacao, I will guide you through a process that nurtures your innate ability to tap into the wisdom of your intuition, your heart, body, mind and soul as the bridge between the mystical and earthly realms. Taking you to a place where you are able to truly, deeply understand the inner knowing that already lies within you. Those electric a-ha moments, that bone-deep knowing, a trust in your vision and surrendering to the 'how'. A specially curated playlist designed to activate heart-coherence will help you drop in even deeper, past the noise of the mind and into the voice of your heart. In this journey we enter the portals of the sacred directions to plant seeds of intention, let go of the past, witness your magical nature and remember the incredible power that lies within us to create our reality.

This month we will be focusing on softening our hearts and opening ourselves up to receive more love, abundance and trust of our inner wisdom. A ceremony to let go of all the burdens you've been carrying and surrender to the divine mystery of it all. Knowing that you are so held and supported by your guides, ancestors and being of light in the spirit world. The medicine drum will be joining us again to integrate and activate the insights that will undoubtedly come through for your in this ceremonial space.

She supports you on an emotional level to be able to access true, pure joy and love whilst also holding you through the more uncomfortable emotions that can arise. She shows us where were are out of alignment, bringing to the surface patterns that need to be addressed so that we can step into the next version of ourselves - our grand visions for our life.  She is a gentle yet powerful activator and I have no doubt that your life will transform if you choose to welcome her into your life.

What to bring:

- A comfortable cushion to sit on (or you can make use of the bolsters and blankets at the yoga studio)

- A bottle of water

- Something in your belly (best not to have Cacao on an empty stomach)

- Journal and pen (optional)

- An open heart & mind
