Cacao is the food of the gods, a powerful plant medicine opening your heart centre. Allowing you to go deeper into you true desires, guiding you to connect with your true path. Opening up to a greater level of consciousness.

Letting go of the worries past or future to come back to the now in this present moment.

Arnda and Tarrah will journey you with Eastern Tibetan Singing bowls, Gong and many other beautiful instruments, we ask your permission to place bowls upon your body guiding you to release and shift what no longer aligns for you right now in this moment.

Gentle breathwork as you are guided in meditation into the loving arms of Quan Yin. Here you will heal childhood wounding within her loving embrace.

Guiding you slowly back into your body you will feel aligned and at peace moving forward right now in this moment the Present.
