Join us for a cosy afternoon of deep relaxation and reconnection, with our Cacao Breathwork, Yin and Sound Journey.

Step into a space where you’re free to simply be, to breathe deeply, move gently, and release what no longer serves you. To reconnect with yourself and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and clarity.

We will begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony, led by Kate, to help you gently move out of the mind and into the heart.

Surrender into stillness as Steph leads you through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice before we move into a powerful, yet gentle Breathwork Journey, finishing with a sound bath.

This will be a deeply restorative journey to release emotional blockages, gain clarity, reconnect with your heart, and cultivate deeper self love.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal and pen
