Cacao Circle: Cacao, Breath, Presence

A small, intimate circle for 6 women, sitting in circle sharing cacao together as we open into sound and gentle touch, moving through meditation and closing with time to journal and reflect.

This space is held with care for depth and connection, which is why numbers are kept deliberately small. Whether you’re one of my regulars or joining for the first time, you’re warmly welcome.

Expect: cacao, intention setting, sharing, guided meditation, music, sound, touch and quiet journaling time.

I'm Emma, a dedicated FBR breathwork practitioner, cacao carrier, and forest school practitioner with over 18 years of teaching experience. My passion lies in creating sacred containers where you can remember who you truly are beneath the layers of everyday life.

Through Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), I guide you on transformative journeys that unlock your body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing. This ancient practice helps regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and access deeper states of consciousness where profound insights await.

My ceremonial cacao offerings honour this sacred plant medicine's ancient traditions, creating heart-opening experiences that foster connection with yourself, others, and the natural world. These ceremonies blend breathwork, sound healing, and gentle movement in a warm, supportive environment.

As a forest school practitioner, I believe in the profound healing that occurs when we reconnect with nature. Whether through outdoor sessions or bringing natural elements into our indoor spaces, I weave the wisdom of the earth into our work together.

My approach combines ancient practices with modern understanding, creating experiences that are both deeply transformative and safely held.
