Lara & Bianca are honoured to hold a unique and transformative gathering that will awaken all your senses. 

Through the medicine of ceremonial cacao we will activate and expand our hearts by setting  our intentions and connecting to deeper places and spaces in our body-soul.

We will guide you through an embodiment practice of non linear movement to identify and release old deep seated patterns in our body-soul, supporting the release of emotional clutter in a gentle and safe way.

This practice supports you to feel your feelings and connect to your inner knowing, creating enquiring and giving permission to re-signify and finally embody a new way to be in the world.

This journey is profound yet simple and held with deep compassion and respect for the unique process of each individual.

The intention of this gathering is to awaken all the senses to create a fresh space in our body-mind, bringing a sense of grounding to the nervous system whilst releasing old non and embodying a new sense of self. This process will be guided by music, mediation, movement, manual craft and Morning Tea.
