WHAT TO EXPECT: We'll begin with a sharing circle, cacao ceremony and intention-setting activity to set the tone for the evening. You'll then enjoy a guided meditation and sound healing journey, featuring sacred sounds such as the hand pan, shamanic drum, native american flute, crystal bowls and more!

Find Your Bliss was founded in Feburary 2024 by Mindfulness Practitioner and Women's Coach Aditi Kumar. Aditi runs wellness events in Coolangatta, with a vision centered around creating safe spaces for like-minded individuals to connect, heal and grow. Aditi holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education (Psychology), along with a variety of holistic therapy qualifications including 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, Neurolinguistic Programming and Reiki III.
