Cacao Ceremony

Life can be pretty busy right? Working, connecting with loved ones, friends, kiddos, walking the dog and keeping up with your health and other priorities we often overlook. It can seem impossible to carve some time out for ourselves. This is why I have dedicated time to learning Cacao Ceremony Facilitation. A way to connect with myself, community, be present, mindful, creative and allow myself to reflect and integrate.

Join me as I introduce you to Ceremonial Cacao as we acknowledge the seed to plant process and the people who lovingly grew and nurtured the cacao plant. Learn about Ancient civilisations and the role cocoa had in their cultural, spiritual and medicinal practice.

The intention for Ceremony is Connection and Letting Go

I invite you to bring a personal item that has significance to you examples being :- A crystal, jewellery, photo, key, pet collar anything that can be placed on the alter in the centre of the ceremony.

There will be movement, relaxation and time to integrate before the end of the ceremony.

What to Bring / Wear:

• Loose fitted, comfortable clothing and wearing socks is advised 
• Water Bottle 
• Blanket 
• Pillow or cushion to sit on (yoga mats provided)

If you are unsure about cacao please note that there will also be herbal tea available
