As we move towards the festive season, life can begin to feel a little busier, with our time, energy and attention increasingly drawn outwards towards others and all that needs to be done.

Before the whirlwind of Christmas begins, I invite you to take a moment just for you. A moment to pause, breathe, soften and reconnect with yourself.

Cacao Connections with Caroline is a nurturing, heart-centred gathering, bringing a small intimate group together in a beautiful, supportive space to simply be.

Through the gentle ritual of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, intuitive healing and heartfelt connection, you will be invited to turn inward, open your heart and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, honour your own needs and replenish your energy before the season of giving begins.

A gentle reminder that amidst all the love and energy we give to others, we are equally deserving of that same love, care and nurturing ourselves.

Come as you are, with an open heart, and allow yourself the beautiful gift of simply being & to receive.

What to bring

You may wish to bring a yoga matt, cushion & or blanket along with your journal.

Cacao mugs are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you feel called to.

This event is limited in numbers, only 6 spots in order to allow for a beautiful intimate circle of beautiful souls.

Please arrive 15mins before the ceremony commences in order to allow some time to settle in.

Please note: It is not advised to consume ceremonial cacao if you are pregnant, breast feeding, or taking prescription medications such as blood thinners, antidepressants & SSRIs.
