Welcome to "CACAO IN NATURE" - Seasonal Gatherings (half-day retreats) to celebrate natural cycles through nature immersions and cacao ceremonies on the Northern Beaches.

We will guide you to open your hearts, minds and senses with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony followed by a Forest Therapy and Nature Art session. We will connect to ourselves, to nature, to the community and to our heart. You will be invited to embrace a connected, immersive and sacred journey in nature, noticing and feeling deeply the beauty of being in nature and connecting deeply to the sacred medicine of cacao. We will celebrate the natural seasons throughout the year and notice what it brings and means to you.

What to expect:

♡ Cacao Ceremony & Meditation

Cacao, known as "the food of the Gods," is a powerful and sacred plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America. The ceremonial cacao spirit brings us into communion with the moment, co-creating a ceremony of dance and connection.

♡ Nature Immersion / Forest Therapy

You will be gently guided into a nature immersion experience designed to foster a deep connection with nature, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing,” or "forest therapy", these sessions encourage participants to slow down, engage their senses, and be present in nature. Through mindful walking, gentle exercises, and sensory and creative activities, individuals experience relaxation, reduced stress, and an enhanced sense of clarity and calm. being immersed in nature creates a nurturing space where people can reconnect with themselves and nature, leaving feeling refreshed, grounded, and rejuvenated.

♡ Journaling

Journaling in nature enhances mindfulness, clarity, and emotional well-being. Surrounded by nature, individuals can reflect more deeply, tune into their senses, and feel inspired. This practice reduces stress and fosters creativity. In this session, we’ll focus on exploring the meaning and symbolism of Spring in our lives, discovering its personal significance and the energy it brings, leaving participants feeling refreshed and inspired.

♡ Connecting and chatting

We will gather together at the end, providing a warm, supportive space to share insights, debrief, and feel connected. Reflecting as a group deepens the experience, fostering a sense of community and helping each participant appreciate the season’s energy and meaning in their lives.

Your hosts
Sarah, a nature lover and avid life and Earth explorer and adventurer, is the Founder and Director of Healing with Nature, a certified EcoTourism business with EcoTourism Australia, dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through nature-based therapy. As a certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), Beyond Blue Business Supporter, Mental Health First Aider, and an energetic healer and alchemist, she leads immersive nature experiences that foster deeper and sacred connections to self, community, and nature. Her gentle, guiding approach inspires a sense of awe, wonder, curiosity and love for nature, leaving participants feeling more present, grounded, and uplifted by nature's beauty and energy.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine, she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.
