Cacao Somatic Dance Immersion: Awakening the Sacral & Heart Chakras

Join Jasmine and Rachel for a three-hour transformative immersion designed to awaken the flow of creativity, passion, and love through the Sacral and Heart Chakras. This journey invites you to open your heart, embrace your sensuality, pleasure, play, and cultivate self-expression through movement, connection, and the sacred medicine of cacao.

During this immersion, participants will be guided through a fusion of somatic dance and cacao ceremony, creating a space for self exploration and inner connection. 

Guided by Jasmine and Rachel, experienced facilitators in movement and holistic wellness, this experience will encourage you to move freely, let go of inhibitions, and embrace the pleasure of being fully present in your body.

The immersion includes a cacao ceremony to drop us in and help guide our journey to connect with the heart and sacral. A guided chakradance ritual that uses movement as a tool for embodied expression, tapping into the fluidity of the Sacral Chakra and the expansive energy of the Heart Chakra. 

We’ll complete the journey with mandala art therapy, allowing you to integrate the experience through creative expression and reflection.

This gathering provides a welcoming space for all to explore, play, and connect. Join us as we move from the depths of feeling into the expansiveness of love.

✨ What to Bring: Yoga mat (if you prefer your own), water bottle, warm comfortable clothes, blanket if needed, journal, and an open heart.
