Cacao, Sound Healing and Meditation

You are invited to attend this 90 minute meditation and sound healing event with delicious cacao.

Now that the cooler weather has arrived what better way to honor yourself, but to join us on a Sunday morning, in a warm cozy studio, where you are invited to relax, unwind and calm your mind.

Your wellness is a priority, and self-care is essential in this day and age. If you are looking for something relaxing and holistic then you are most welcome to join.

Please do not have anything to eat 4 hours before a meditation and sound healing and no caffeine for 8 hours. This allows your body to rest and not have to be digesting food and can take you to a deeper state of relaxation. But please keep your self hydrated with water, coconut water, herbal teas, before the event.

Get comfortable in my studio at Kaiapoi, Christchurch and create your space, select a card from the oracle packs, this will help you to set your intention for your meditation.

Your energy field will be cleansed and purified using white sage. Connecting your soul chakra to the centre of the sun and your earth chakra connecting to the centre of the earth.

You can expect to start with a delicious hot cup cacao, mother earths goodness, this helps you open up your heart space and drop out of your head. As this is an ancient ceremonial drink, it is helpful for connecting you to mother earth and our divine spirit, getting clarity, doing healing work, setting intentions, and inner-processing. Not to mention incredibly healthy for you. We then listen to a guided meditation that takes you on a journey to help quieten the chitter chatter in your head and help you to relax and connect with yourself. With the use of instruments for sound healing, I use playlists created with intention to take you on a journey with the use of tibetan singing bowls, bells, creative instruments from nature, a medicine drum, chimes and rain sticks. I walk around the room working with your energetic fields cleansing and clearing your chakras, realigning and recalibrating your freqency, energy is being shifted!

Then I hold space for you to deep dive into your meditation, with gentle background music. This is where my friend, you do the inner work.

Being in an environment that is peaceful, relaxing, calming and where you feel safe, will help you to get out of your normal frame of mind, with no distractions and allowing you to experience new insights and perspectives and be in your sacred heart space. You may even fall asleep.

The delicious Cacao hot drink is complimentary at every meditation event.
