Event description

Join Sarah and Kelly for an evening of deep restoration, heart-centered connection, and healing vibrations.

Step into a sacred, intentional space where Kelly will guide you through practices designed to soothe and regulate your nervous system. This evening begins with the ceremonial magic of cacao, a plant medicine known for her heart-opening properties. Allow the nurturing energy of cacao to guide you inward, connecting you to the essence of your own divinity and inner truth.

From there, flow into a restorative yin yoga practice, where each posture becomes an opportunity for empowered exploration and deeper connection to your body and inner self. Sarah’s soulful live music will accompany you throughout the journey, creating a healing atmosphere that supports both body and spirit. As you transition into savasana, be carried by an immersive sound journey, culminating in mantra singing at the end, allowing the sacred vibrations to settle deeply within.

Through the harmonious blend of cacao, yin yoga, sound healing, and mantra, this offering is a powerful journey into groundedness, nurturing, and expansion. Come to reconnect with your heart, recalibrate your nervous system, and leave feeling restored.

KELLY SMITH | EARTH & SOUL
Kelly is a dedicated cacao facilitator, yin yoga facilitator, ceremonialist, and DJ who intertwines poetic ritual with a deep commitment to creating meaningful and deeply nourishing experiences. Through her trauma-sensitive approach, she explores the sacred elemental and cyclical energies of nature to foster self-connection, groundedness, and personal growth. In a world often focused on external awakening, Kelly empowers her community to return to the heart and body as a path to self-discovery and deeper awareness. Her belief in cacao, yin yoga, music, and movement as powerful tools for this journey is rooted in her own transformative experiences, which led her to complete extensive training in cacao facilitation, advanced trauma-informed yin yoga, and ecstatic dance DJ training. Kelly’s personal journey has inspired her to guide others towards their true north, using her modalities to offer both playful and profound explorations of self and heart.
