This event is part of the 2024 Great Southern Treasures Bloom Festival presented by WCP Civil.

Hosted by Frida Kahlo & Kodja Place Kojonup

Wander around this unique and internationally recognized garden, Mojito and canapes in hand, exploring the sumptuous plantings, art and mosaics scattered throughout the many garden rooms. You expect to spot Frida Kahlo around every corner painting the stunning plants and birdlife. You could be forgiven for thinking that you are in Mexico. Tickets are limited, so if you would like to attend this very special event and enjoy the gardens of La Hacienda Garden we suggest you secure your tickets early.

2025 Great Southern Treasures Bloom Festival

As the Great Southern Treasures’ signature annual event, the Bloom Festival provides an opportunity for communities to work together and celebrate ‘everything that blooms’ in the region. Highlighting the character of rural WA, the Festival delivers vibrant experiences for a mix of visitors from around the nation enjoying what our passionate communities have to offer.

Each year, passionate people from rural and regional townships across eight shires collaborate on a festival like no other, ensuring a trip to the Great Southern takes pride of place on the Australian travel calendar each spring. Events and activities include arts, crafts, displays, exhibitions, fauna and flora-themed activities, creative workshops, food events, markets, Noongar cultural events, open gardens, wine and dine events, family fun days, movie nights, live music, heritage trails, guided flower walks, tours and hikes including through the Stirling and Porongurup Ranges.

The Festival spans the entire Great Southern Treasures region, from Kojonup, out to Pingrup, down to Bremer Bay on the coast, across to the Porongurup and Frankland River, taking in major centres such as Katanning, the Stirling Range and Fitzgerald River National Parks and everything in between.
