We want to better understand people's experiences of working at Newmont, including what's working well and where we can improve.

Tess Raby - Specialist Inclusion, Diversity and Leadership Development, and Michael Roberts - Specialist Talent and Leadership Development, will be hosting Respect Health Checks to hear directly from employees about what helps people feel respected, supported, and included at work.

Participation is voluntary, confidential, and you only need to share what you feel comfortable sharing.
