We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the much-anticipated CAF Portfolio Certification scheme. Scaling up from certifying individual buildings to entire property portfolios will greatly advance CAF’s intervention in the property services industry. Furthermore, Portfolio Certification will provide an efficient and effective labour assurance mechanism for property owners and managers.
